Shipping Methods

All packages are shipped via USPS (within U.S) with tracking. Delivery times and cost depend on the shipping method you choose. Most items in stock on the website ship within 1-3 business days. For made-to order listings please note the length of time to make the piece is listed in the product description. Custom orders, special requests, and larger volume orders are subject to longer processing times. An email will be sent to you with those details. 

I do offer free Local Pickup. This means you are coming to Boulder, CO to pick up your jewelry if you live in the area. Please contact me ahead of time to arrange pickup. 

I do not currently ship internationally. Please note James & Jezebelle Jewelry cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

Returns & Exchanges

I want to ensure you're 100% pleased with your purchase. If you aren't loving your purchase for any reason, please contact me first so I can try to fix the the situation. I'll happily accept returns or exchanges of items in their original condition, within 7 business days of receival. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any items beyond that timeline.

Please note that I do NOT offer refunds for items purchased on sale or custom made pieces.

If an item is received in a damaged condition, mail it back to me within ten (10) days of the date received and I will ship you a replacement immediately. Your return shipping cost will be reimbursed to you.

*If you are going to return an item to me, please send an email to kathleen@jamesandjezebelle.com letting me know so I can keep an eye out for your package.
